Eh, probably some Just Cause 2 just 'cause.

Likely some more MoH beta multiplayer action (this just in: it's like MW2!)

mmm, baseball. I'm also going to play MLB '10: The Show.

And because I'm so in with today's hot topic videogame or something, I'll also play Red Alert 2. Because I found a slew of basically unplayed games in one of my boxes the other day and dammit, I wanna play Red Alert!

One caveat though might be handheld gaming, since I tore through devil survivor pretty damn quick. I think I did my second playthrough in a single day though I could be remembering wrong.
I used to play Halo 2 9 hours a night, but that was when I was young and stupid and had nothing much else to do. These days I usually can't play single player more than an hour or two without taking at least a break, but multiplayer is still dependent on how long everyone else is playing, assuming it's a game I really like such as Catan.

I'll be playing Starcraft 2. I picked up the collectors edition (mainly for the art book) and have been having a blast in the campaign. It definitely has the best designed RTS missions that I've ever played, particularly the one that a lot of reviews/hands-on have mentioned with the day/night cycle.

I haven't tried the online yet, and probably won't for a little bit as I'm terrible at it so I'll want to run through all the challenges first.

Incredible presentation though, it's better than I was anticipating. The collectors edition packaging is also really cool.

I noticed last week they gave beta access to me since I own BFBC2 on Steam. I installed the game, played a round and had the controls freeze up when I tried to type in the chat (all I could do was fire with mouse 1. No way to close the chat box or even type there). Before that I had trouble aiming at people because of floaty controls that switch sensitivity between crosshair and ironsights and make my view zoom around when on a mounted gun.

Quickly uninstalled it. I don't know how the console version is but I can't see it being much more than BFBC2 in a smaller urban setting.

I'll probably be playing more TF2. I've gotten lucky with hat drops and in the last few weeks I've gotten my first two randomly: the soldier's drill sergeant hat and the medic's physicians mask.

Got the PCs all set up and the TV and consoles and stuff - unfortunately, my Klipsch speakers didn't survive the move and are now dead after ten faithful years.

In their memory I won't be playing any PC games (plus, I have no other speakers to replace them with right now). Klipsch doesn't even service them any more, and the few dudes that do are somewhat sketchy offerings via Ebay.

I'd take them to a local repair shop but I have a feeling they'd charge me $200 or so and a week later they'd be busted again.

I guess I'll have to buy a new set of speakers, I just have to get over the fact that there's no way what I'll buy will sound as good.

Went into Gamestop for my free DQ9 map. Also got a Blue Slime t-shirt, some stickers and a nice poster for free.

Apparently my Lvl 10 warrior isn't quite strong enough to tackle the new quest though - as the average attack knocks off 400 hp - and my dude's got 61hp at this point.

Next week is the giveaway at Best Buy - so I guess I'll have to head out to that one as well.
